DKs Corner Play & Earn Sweepstakes

1. Sponsor

This sweepstakes is offered by DKs Corner, 201 Cherry Street, Jessup, PA 18434 (the “Sponsor”). AvaLux Inc. provides the software for it and is not a sponsor.

2. Who can play

Open to legal residents of PA who are 18 or older. Employees of the Sponsor and the members of their households are not eligible. A free account with the Sponsor (website or app) is needed to play and to receive prizes.

3. Promotion period

The sweepstakes runs by calendar month. The current period starts October 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM and ends October 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM, local time at the Sponsor's store. Each new month is a new period under these rules, unless the Sponsor posts new ones.

4. How to play

With an order. Place an order with the Sponsor while signed in to your account, and a play is added to your account.

Without an order (free, by mail). Hand-print your first and last name, email address and phone number on a 3" × 5" card and mail it in its own stamped envelope to:

Each card gets one free play, added to the account for the email on the card and sent to that email within 7 days after the Sponsor receives it. If there's no account for that email yet, we'll email you to create one (it's free) and the play is added once you do. Mechanically reproduced cards are not accepted. Limit one free play per person per postmark date. Cards must be postmarked during the period and received within 7 days after it ends.

Mail each card in its own outer envelope with a first-class postage stamp; metered postage is not accepted. Limit one card per outer envelope; any additional cards in the same envelope will not be honored or returned. The mailing and return addresses on the envelope must be legible. A card that fails in any way to comply with these Official Rules, or that is not mailed separately with sufficient non-metered postage, will not be honored.

Same chances either way. A free play has the same games, prizes and odds as a play from an order.

Limit. Up to 2 plays per person per day in Spin to Win, Scratch & Win, Slot Machine and Mystery Box combined, from any combination of orders and mail-in requests. An order past the limit doesn't add a play (a Mystery Box that's ready opens with an order on another day), and a mail-in request past it is filled the next day.

5. Prizes and odds

No games are running right now.

Prize limit. The total value of all prizes awarded in a period is up to $4,500. Once prizes awarded in a period reach that amount, the rest of that period's plays don't win a prize.

Value is the approximate retail value. Prizes are discounts or free items on a future order with the Sponsor, or promotional gift cards for the Sponsor. Prizes have no cash value, can't be transferred, sold or exchanged, and are good until the date shown with the prize. Promotional gift cards were not bought and are good until the date on the card. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for any taxes.

6. Winners

The result shows right after the play. Prizes are saved to the winner's account and may also be sent by text and email. A prize is used by entering its code at checkout or showing its QR code at the store.

7. General conditions

By playing, you agree to these rules and the Sponsor's decisions, which are final. The Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the sweepstakes, uses more than one account or email to get extra plays, uses automated means, or breaks these rules, and may cancel, suspend or change the sweepstakes if fraud, technical problems or anything else outside its control affect it. The Sponsor and AvaLux Inc. are not responsible for lost, late, illegible or misdirected mail, or for technical failures. Your information is used to run the sweepstakes and as described in the Sponsor's privacy policy.

8. Other Play & Earn games

Streaks and Menu Bingo are rewards for ordering, and Game Day Pick'em is a free contest decided by your picks. They are not part of this sweepstakes and don't count toward its limits.
